Excellent duvet and great delivery timing

A good warm duvet,but after two weeks its still a little bit smelly!

Perfect for my super kingsize bed, very warm and snugly. Never want to get up in the morning!!

Bought this Duvet to replace all seasons man-made one,which was just too heavy to maul with when two Duvets were put together in this cold weather.Put Duvet in spare room to plump up and get rid of any smell(as previous reviews mentioned).Hardly any smell at all and Duvet puffed up nicely.Wished I had bought one years ago its so cozy and warm! Will have to get a lighter one for summer months but worth it for the comfort and less of a maul on the old arms!

Bought this duvet on a friday, it seemed ok at the time but the next evening i noticed a funny smell,next morning i removed the duvet and the smell cleared. i have since seen other comments of the same nature. i have since returned the duvet. The other thing i found out is at Ipswich its £10 more than online.

Alright - there was a smell with it initially but this is probably the best duvet we have ever owned! It is a size bigger than our bed size and is so light you just feel a gentle hug of warmth all around you. We want to buy another one for another bed. Definitely recommended! Just be patient about the initial smell as it does disappear to leave you feeling warm and cosy in your luxurious new bed!

I agree with some of the comments, i got the duvet and it smelt quite strong, but i thought with airing it for a few days it might go away, its day 3 now and the smell is still there.[...]

After buying 2 of the dorma duvets, I have to say Im most impressed with dunelms own!! Its of brilliant quality and no sharp feather like with some duck feather duvets. And no wet dog smell that Ive had with the dorma duvet.

Brought this a few weeks ago instore then saw some of the comments about it smelling on here!! I definitely wouldn't of brought it, if I'd of read those first however I can honestly say that I've had no problem whatsoever and guests over Christmas all commented on how cosy the beds were!! Worth the money and I've since brought another 2.

I can confirm the earlier review, this product has a most unpleasant smell of 'wet dog' which takes over the whole room. A shame because the quality of the duvet is excellent. [...]

I bought this product for my new home about 1 month ago. As soon as i got the duvet out of its packaging it had an awful smell to it, which presumably is the duck feathers. I thought i would give the duvet a chance as it had been in packaging and air it for a couple of days. The terrible feather smell has not got any better and now my room and all its contents including my clothes smell of this what i would call 'wet dog smell'. I have never had this problem with feathers & down products before, I would not recommend buying this product.

This is a really excellent product. Good weight and well designed. I ordered the Extra King Size as I have two 3' beds together and it gave plenty of an
overlap all way round.
