Our memory foam pillow offers maximum comfort and support all year round with the benefit of high grade memory foam. Memory foam reacts to your weight and shape you are effortlessly comforted and supported diminishing any aches and pains associated with a hard or uncomfortable mattress and drift off into a peaceful slumber. Easy to clean, this pillow has an anti-dustmite feature making it the ideal choice for the whole family.

First night. Too flat, had to add second pillow which defeats object, very dissapointing, very poor value for money, would not recommend, feel strongly about buying from dunelm-mill again!

This pillow was reccommended to me, so I bought one. Mistake. Useless, flat - no support, so disappointing. There are pillows on market at just over 1/2 price which are 100% better

I have used shaped memory foam pillows for several years. This pillow collapses and squashes down to resemble concrete so it provides no support whatsoever. I am very disappointed especially since it can't be returned for a refund. Do not buy.

Not fit for purpose

I bought one of these pillows a year or so ago and it is absolutely fine. I bought another one recently (12/01/12) and although it looks and feels the same as my previous purchase the new pillow it is completely unusable.

The problem is that after a short period of use it goes as flat as a pancake providing no support whatsoever and you end up with a pain in the neck. Looking at all the recent negative customer reviews for this pillow it seems clear that Dunelm have changed the density grade to an inferior quality. In my opinion this pillow is not fit for purpose. Because Dunelm do not accept returns on bedding the pillow is a total waste of money and only fit for the bin.

I bought this pillow as I had previously bought what I thought was the same product a few years earlier. This new one however was nowhere near as good as my old pillow and squashed down to nothing after a few nights use. The pillow is supposed to be "memory foam" but I think it "forget's" to bounce back. I wish I hadn't wasted my money.

Have to agree this product is totally different from last year. It is now far smaller & thinner with very little resistance, so when you lie on it it completely deforms & provides no support.

Too small and thin

Bought this for my husband some time ago. I decided to buy one for me, but it is now much smaller and thinner although the same price. When I lie on it, it goes so flat that it feels as if I have no pillow and the pillowcase is huge on it. I love memory foam pillows and have used one for years, but this is a huge disappointment. Why change it? It's like the shrinking sizes of goods in the supermarket. It is useless.

I bought this pillow but am disappointed with it, the memory foam goes to nothing when you lie on it, it goes to about 2cm thick when my head is on it. My neck got so painful after 2 nights and i had to change to another pillow, i am gutted as that was a waste of [$].

Good product - however I think that the packaging is way over the top - it comes in a bag which I would imagine costs a bit to produce - Most people will throw the bag away after opening. That is the reason that I only gave it an average for value for money - I didn't really want to purchase a bag -
