I am extremely disappointed that it is not as Supportive as indicated. Fine at first but very quickly loses its shape and by morning it is flat ! Not recommended

What a disappointment!

I bought one of these last year and all I can say is what a difference - and not in a good way! The pillow is very heavy and does not regain it's shape after a couple of uses. The foam is poor quality and very unlike other products I have purchased from Dunelm Mill (one of my favourite shops). My advice would be don't buy one, unless they go back to their previous quality.

I bought this to replace one i previously bought from Dunelm. This is no where near as good as the previous one. I wake during the night to find it is completely flat. Not recommended.

Having bought this pillow to replace one previously bought , I am extremely disappointed that it is not as good as it's replacement . Very quickly loses its shape and by morning it is flat ! Not recommended .

They have changed the design and material of this pillow and its not a patch on the old one. Its not as deep as it used to be and while it does soften as you lie on it it quickly becomes very flat offering no support at all. Waste of money as it doesn't do what its supposed to. Bring back the old design, it was deeeper and offered the support that is required from this kind of pillow. What a shame the old design was brilliant.

Excellent memory foam pillow which is comfortable and supports the head and neck well. Thoroughly recommend it and it doesn't break the bank! The memory foam pillow I'd bought before was so hard and uncomfortable that I couldn't use it. This one is perfect! Only problem I have with it is it's a little larger than normal pillows so my pillow cases are difficult to get on.

Bought this product to replace a Dunelm memory pillow I purcahsed 3 years ago. Not a patch on the old pillow. Pillow is firmish when you first use it but when it was warm I found the pillow had taken on a very soft mushy feel offering no support. Could have got similar usage and neck support from a bag of marshmellows, they would be cheaper and I would have something to eat whilst I was not able to sleep.

This may look odd but feels so comfortable to lay your head on - and is very hard to lift it back off of again in the morning! Springs back into shape very quickly.

Would be good if addtional slips were available to buy.

Thoroughly recommended for a comfortable nights sleep.

Perfect Night's Sleep!

I had been hunting around for a memory foam pillow for a while as they all promise a great night's sleep, but i was a tad put-off by the high prices. My old pillows were great but i was finding that i was waking up with a lot of neck and shoulder pains so i purchased the Contour Pillow. I've been using it for over a week now and i have to say it's the best sleep i've had in ages; no tossing and turning or needing to plump up the pillow. Each morning i've woke up in virtually the same position i fell to sleep in and i've felt refreshed with no aches or pains. When i initially bought the pillow i was sceptical how such a thin product would absorb the weight of my head, but it does perfectly. As it's contoured there is a thick end and a thin end. I use the thick part against my neck as i'm used to sleeping with two pillows underneath me, but if you prefer to sleep flatter, the thin end is ideal. I would also imagine that if you still find the pillow too flat, you could maybe place it on-top of your usual pillow and the effect will still be great. The first time i used it it did feel strange as you can feel your head slowly sinking into the foam. It sort of felt like a very slow, falling feeling, followed by a sense of floating. I can so far only say positive things about this pillow as my experience of it has been excellent. Great value for money as you can pay a small fortune for one. Plus it comes with a soft, velvety, zipped cover which is washable. In my opinion a fantastic product!
