Exclusive to Dunelm Mill, our readymade thermal linings are designed to enhance your living space as conveniently as possible with simple attachment to your bedroom or living room curtains. Exceptional at keeping light out and heat in, our machine washable blackout linings will improve your home’s energy efficiency by helping to contain heat in winter and keep out draughts. Also useful in summer, lining your curtains with this product will keep your rooms cool and stop fading from sun damage.

The thick lining also functions as blackout material, so if you’ve ever suffered from sleep disturbance caused by lights shining on your bedroom window, or been distracted from your favourite TV show by headlamps against the panes in your living room, our thermal linings will prove invaluable. Ideal for bolstering the performance of the curtains you love, our lining package contains simple instructions and all you will need to make hanging them simple and efficient.

Linings should be bought the same width and drop as your curtains to fully achieve the benefit.

I bought these linings as 2 reviewers said they greatly reduce the amount of light. In my opinion they don't stop much light, so I will have to swap them for total blackout linings which I don't really want. Otherwise as described & easy to fit.

I use thes linings on their own and they look great. They provide excellent insulation and are very good value for money.

Wonderful sevice - I had a problem and Dunelm dealt with it promptly and courteously. I will certainly use Dunelm again.

I was looking for some good quality curtain linings offering heat and light insulation, and Dunelm Mill came up trumps.
The linings do not give a "black out" effect, but they do cut down light ingress substantially as well as offering noticeable heat savings . . . and they are good value for money.
They arrived just a couple of days after I placed the order.

immediately added warmth to the room. Bedroom curtains previously unlined. Very easy to attach to the curtains using the original hooks. Even nicer, the linings are 2 ins shorter than the curtains so no hanging below the hem and no having to shorten them.!!

Remarkably effective

I bought these for lining some thin bedroom curtains in order to retain some heat. I was astounded at how effective they are, the room now feels much warmer and I have already been able to turn down the heating.

I will now be fitting them to curtains in other rooms. They are easy to fit and take very little time to do.

My one issue, a very minor one, is that I like Dunelm Mill for the many UK manufactured products. These linings didn't give a country of origin so I don't know if I am buying british or not.

I have bought them to save money on heating bills through the winter and keep the cold out even though we have double glazing every little helps to stay warm with rising costs. Our windows are big so a lot of heat can still be lost even with curtains that are lined so these are additional linings.
