- Poor Finish
I chose this bed base for my teenage son. So many divans are frumpy and dated in style and I thought the grey finish would suit the colour scheme in his room. Got off to a bad start when, after a 2 week wait for first available delivery slot, the courier was unable to deliver on the pre-arranged day. It was 5pm before they told me though. They expected me to wait another week. After some heated phone conversations this was brought forward. When the bed arrived I was disappointed with the quality of the finish; some sticky patches of adhesive, the fabric looks ready to fray in places and the castors do not stay put but slip out of their fixing holes. I should have requested a replacement but it had been a long wait and I wasn't up for the hassle.
