We bought the room size 2m x 3m rug, for the living room, it was in the sale and was cheaper than any other decent quality room sized rug we'd found. The pile is thick and luxurious, everyone likes laying on it -especially the dog! It doesn't show furniture or foot traffic marks at all and this is the first new rug I've ever had that doesn't shed at all. We couldn't have been more pleased with it.

Agree with everyone elses comments - this rug is fabulous. I have the mid sized rug and the runner and both look and feel much more expensive than they cost. The pile doesn't flatten. It is easy to clean. Don't think you could buy better for the price. Highly recommended.

I just love this rug, it totally transformed my lounge.Its cosy,soft,thick and looks far more expensive than it was,my dog loves to lay on it but i tend to walk round it as i don;t want to spoil the look!! It does'nt leave footprints in it as that would drive me mad, it simply bounces back instantly.I am now going to purchase two more for the bedroom!

I bought the room size rug as I have wooden floors at home, and wanted a softer floor surface. I was not disappointed. The rug is extra deep and soft. My 2yr old regularly lies on the floor now and even falls asleep on it if he's had a busy day. It is so comfortable to lie or sit on, or even walking barefoot on. I had the dark brown colour, and it makes my room look bigger, cleaner and tidier. it is so nice, you will want to ask your guests to remove their shoes before walking on it!I have had so many excellent comments about it, I am going to buy them for my other rooms and also one for my mum, who has asked for a new rug for her birthday. it is also hardwearing, as I have it in my lounge, which is a high traffic area, and it still looks new, even after having it for a few months now...

Have two of these rugs in my lounge. They look wonderful, feel superb under foot and do not shed. Have laid them on real wood floor and they stay in place well.Even our spoilt dog loves to lay on them with no visable signs of him having been there, easy to hoover and pile does not flatten. Am going to put one in the dining room too!Great value for money.

Rug was bought for my living room, great size and good price. Nice and thick and looks good.
Service and delivery comments:
Issues with delivery, company only deliver Monday to Friday so no weekend deliveries which is difficult when working. I asked for it to get delivered about 4 times and each time missed the delivery as they give you a four hour window in the morning so no prior warning. I tried to change the delivery address but was not allowed and was told just to keep requesting it to be re-delivered (not a great system) and eventually it was left with a neighbour on the ground floor (I'm on the third) and it took me a further 4 or 5 days to get the rug as they weren't in when I knocked. Would recommend in store collection if ordering online. Customer service was fine and helpful but quite frustrating when trying to get an item delivered.

This is just what I was looking for. A good quality rug at an affordable price. Looks and feels more expensive than it cost. Soft and thick and very cosy looking. Doesn't show dirt, easy to clean and look after and still looks good no matter how often it's walked over! Child friendly too as I have 2 children so needed something suitable and practical. Ticks all the boxes as far as I'm concerned so I'm really pleased with this rug!

I bought this today for my living room as we have just put down laminate floor and it is nice and soft for the children. I noticed the pile was missing from a corner so had to take it back and exchange it, they would not offer any compensation for my journey back which was disappointing as I had to miss putting my children to bed to take it back! They also said it will shed but I would not expect it to shed before you buy it especially as i paid over one hundred pounds for it which is a lot to us! I hope the 2nd one is better, it is a very cosy rug and a brilliant size.

Service and delivery comments:
Asked for delivery time but was told it could be anytime betweeen 7.00am and 7.00 pm. Said I could not wait in for a full day as I work full time but lady at depot was very unhelpful. Left message for delivery man taped to my letterbox and the next day my rug was delivered at the time requested. Delivery man very pleasant and much more helpful than depot office.

I have put this rug in the bedroom and it looks lovely and cosy.... I prefer this rug in the bedroom to the living room, but would defo like it in the living room, but I have got the plush ruby rug in my living room and prefer that for the cosy look and this more for the warmth hard looking rug.....It was bigger than i thought it was going to be.. but looks lovely at the bottom of the bed......

Bought this rug for my living room. Have a new baby and with hard floors wanted a soft area for baby to roll around on and play. This rug is a lovely quality with soft pile but a good heavy lay.
