Just what I wanted

Curtains are just what I was looking for and are exactly as shown on the website.
Service and delivery comments:
My only disappointment was that I tried to reserve & collect but was told this wasn't possible from my local store so I ordered online (though this meant my new curtains wouldn't be ready in time for my house move). I had to visit my store a couple of days later and found the exact curtains in stock so bought them. I tried to cancel the online order but was told I couldn't do that - just to return them when they came. This has meant me forfeiting the postage for a parcel I didn't need and driving 40 mile round trip to return the parcel. So, nice curtains but a disappointing experience.
