Ideal for a busy hallway or living room our Otisse rug is a high quality slim furnishing perfect for adding warmth to your hard wood or laminate flooring or building texture on carpet, both colourfast and durable enough for high traffic areas. A mix of chenille and polyester, the neutral shades of this delicately floral patterned furnishing will blend with the decor in most rooms and with five sizes to choose from you’ll find the perfect match for them all. Easy to clean and soft to the touch this rug makes an great value alternative to carpeting, with the added benefit of it being easily moved as your needs change.

I wished to replace my existing sitting room rug which lies on an oak floor and I had my eye on a lovely rug at Laura Ashley. I have young children and a dog and decided that I would give the cheap option a go as a stop gap before I am ready to re-decorate but I am thrilled with the quality of this rug and I am so happy that I did not waste my money on the high-end alternative.

The soft muted neutral colours and slight pattern would fit in with most peoples decor. It is not heavy and can be moved or handled really easily. Can be swepted rather than vacumed therefore less fuss.

This rug has been used in our conservatory with three dogs and 4 cats in the country!
We have had it for at least 3 years and it still looks unbelievably good!!! We have put coal on it, snails crawl over it and it has not faded or lost its softness. If it wasn't for the colour we would have more of the same but the colour scheme isn't right! Just had to write when I saw the other comments.

I purchased two about 6 months ago, however they looked worn and scruffy so I purchased two more as they do look good on my oak floors....I also purchased a third one for the hall to complete the look downstairs.....I have the originals rolled up ready to sell at a boot sale...Theses rugs are inexpensive but the colour soon fades...

I had previously bought a smaller Otisse Rug for my living room/dining room, liked it so much I put the smaller one under my dining table and chairs and bought this larger one which is perfect for the floor space in the living area. I have sanded, dark varnished floorboards, the rugs look great on them.

I have a young daughter who as you can imagine makes a mess EVERYWHERE! I felt these rugs weren't so expensive that I wouldn't mind binning them when she has stopped being quite so messy, but they clean up well, so it looks like I'll have them for much longer than expected.

Also with my daughter learning to walk etc, the rug isn't very thick so there is less chance of her tripping of falling over the edge of the rug. (she's never tripped over the edges, yet!?) I'm sure this is a benefit for lots of people, not just new walkers!

Not good about the product - as described above I'm happy that it's not thick, but if it's a thick rug you are after - it's not for you.

My enterance hall is medium sized and leads off to the stairs, kitchen and lounge. As the existing hardwood flooring can be very cold under foot I wanted something that would cover this space. This rug not only fits the entrance hall perfectly, but provides an interesting and decorative feature which is both warm and hardwearing.

The product looks fantastic in the living room. It looks sophisticated and professional. It does buckle a little but for the size and low cost, I think the rug is very good value for money.

We have wooden floors on both the dining room and sitting room, and bought one of theres rugs,for each room.Really pleased with them, they look attractive and some red wine, that was spilt on one, came out very easily.
