This Mix and Match Baypole set is perfect for any bay window. The baypole set is easy to install and will make opening and closing your curtains easy. This baypole set is part of the mix and match range of products. Other items in this range are available to purchase separately.

Despite some of the other comments we have been able to use this pole for eyelet curtains (the very heavy premium ones from Dunelm). Care needs to be taken when pulling the curtain over the joins; however.....I do agree that the rather strange curtain rings supplied with the pole may actually present more of a problem than using an eyelet curtain!!
Bay windows are very tricky to make work and at this price I think this product exceeds expectations

Good Value & Looks - Read instructions!!

Curtains run perfectly, looks the part, perfectly sturdy once assembled.

I installed on a 3.5m wide 7 side bay window.
Had to get some extra parts as expected (kit is for 3 sides).

If your curtain rings are getting stuck, you've got an end bracket in the wrong place. Make sure the longer end brackets with the grub screws are at the ends.
The instructions aren't the clearest on this point if you miss the bill of materials and the detail on the drawing.

If you have an angle grinder, cutting poles is a walk in the park. A hack saw will do but you are likely to scratch them - wrapping the pole with masking tape will help.

If your bay window is not just 3 sides at 45deg, the instructions aren't very useful. You will need to make a template or cut poles one at a time and eyeball the fit or do some GCSE trigonometry.

Fitting took me 5 hours from opening the box to curtains up. A 7 side bay window pole was never going to be a 10 minute job!

End result looks spot on, is sturdy enough and the curtains run just fine.

I was nearly put off buying this product after reading the largely negative reviews. After looking at similar alternatives nearly double the price of this one, I decided to take the gamble and bought it (I would have taken it back if it turned out to be useless).

It took a while to put up as we have five-sided bay windows but this system has done the job wonderfully. The pass-over rings work well and the whole system feels sturdy and looks the business. I feel like we've got a bargain and am very happy I bought this system.

P.S. When installing I highly recommend having at least a couple of new hack saw blades for cutting the poles and make sure you measure up carefully before you start drilling/cutting/fitting.

After searching shops then the internet my sister in law informed me about Dunelm Mill,so I thought I would have a look to see what they had,best move I could of made.I found the right item at the right price and it was so easy easy to install.Would reccomend Dunelm Mill to anyone.

The worse thing we have ever purchased. We are taking them down and returning them for a full refund! I have never yet been able to close the cutains without the rings getting tangled, hooks coming out of the rings and then having to get a chair to stand on to untangle them, who ever designed them didn't test them out properly. I am sorry we cannot find a positive comment!!!

A very disappointing product. Totally inefficient as the curtains do not pull properly. Have to stand on a chair to pull them easily. Just about to take them back for a refund. Terrible product

Product easy to install however the rings don't pass over the brackets easily and end up getting tangled on the corners. My advice, spend a bit more on a better quality product, this one isn't functional
