Quality wood is used to provide you with a high performance curtain pole that is strong and reliable with a beautiful finish. We know your time is valuable, so to make your installation experience as simple as possible our 28mm wooden pole comes with comprehensive instructions along with fittings, finials and rings. For the perfect custom look at your bedroom window, our curtain pole is easy to trim in length and simple to add or remove curtain rings for a complex curtain header or eyelet curtains.

I bought this as a last minute buy to put up in my living room as we had guests comming, it was a good price, and the look that I wanted. So I unloaded it but there was no indication as to how many parts should be in the pack. So I continued to put it up, but found that when I got to the last support bracket that there were no screws and no raw plugs supplied, not only that but the last support bracket was not made properly so would not screw on to the wall fitting! We ending up glueing bits, what a nightmare.

I bought 3 of these in white and cream. They look good, do what they are supposed to and i would buy again. For pencil pleat curtains, however, i had to buy extra rings even for single width curtains.

I had given up asking my husband to sort out the curtain rail in the dining room so I got on to the Dunelm site and ordered this pole. I was pleased to find the pole was both attractive and had clear instructions to put it up. Armed with hubby's off limits drill, I put it up myself. Looks great, hubby not looking so great.

Very badly described. Says has finials included but suggests extra products such as rings, so I bought rings from another company at great expense, as Dunelms were out of stock, only for product to arrive with rings. Does not say this on description! I cannot now return the white rings I bought. So this should be mentioned

I had been looking for ages for cream-painted wooden curtain poles and found that others were too big in diameter, too expensive or too fancy (I wanted a simple design), so I was delighted to discover these. Easy to follow instructions but I did struggle to use the double ended joining screw, but maybe this is because of my lack of DIY skill rather than a product fault!
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery was speedy and accurate. The plastic packaging was slightly damaged and rather dirty (dust)but the contents were fine.

The curtain pole is lovely and just what I wanted. You can easily cut them to size which I had to check with customer services before I bought. Lovely white in colour but the paint hadn't been finished off properly on the finials and the end of the pole which was a bit disappointing. Exc ellent value for money if you get a pole thats finished off properly. I need more poles for other rooms and will definately be buying more.

Bought three of these and they are not cheap, when joining lengths together the holes in the middle do not align up and when screwing together the wood cracks, the finials just turn round and round the paint peels off, really shoddily made, and they are going back for a refund
