High maintenance but worth it!
- Attractive Design
- High Maintenance
After shopping around, we bought a few items from the 'infinity collection' and are very pleased with them. Copper pans are often very expensive and these seem to be excellent value. Indeed the pans distribute heat as advertised and the non-stick items are still non-sticky. Copper (all copper) changes colour over time, in this case tarnishing whilst cooking, therefore requiring the occasional polish.
If, understandably, you want the least-amount of maintenance from your cookware, don't go for copper. If your happy to put a little extra effort in, then we think that this range is lovely.
Ps. When we bought the triply milk pan, a label was stuck on with a very strong adhesive. We tried mild solvents but in the end only white spirit seemed to do the job (the non stick was not damaged in the process).
