    If you decide this product isn’t for you, we will willingly offer a refund or exchange as long as it’s returned in an unused state within 28 days of the date that appears on either your dispatch note and/or receipt. In addition, we ask that the product is in a reasonable, re-saleable condition and ideally in its original packaging.

    For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products: mattresses, mattress toppers or protectors, duvets, pillows, or blankets unless unopened and sealed in their original packaging. Once they have had their header tape removed, our curtains are also exempt from refunds or exchanges.

                    Great value for the price. Super soft, light, warm and fluffy! Lovely high quality feel cover. Hangs well over the sides of my super kingsize bed, so my husband and I don't wrestle each other for the quilt at night. If you like a heavier feeel go for duck feather, feels a touch thinner by comparison. Altogether a good buy would recommend.
