    Fluff everywhere, total nightmare!

      This looks a lovely throw, nice design, excellent colours and good size... ...until you actually use it!

      Within hours of it being placed on my sofa the whole room was covered in lint type fluff, it was everywhere, we have wooden floor and it was like someone had blown heaps of dust everywhere. It is dry clean only so I just hung it on the line outside on a windy day and you could see the fluff coming off it in clouds, tried it inside again but same thing shedd fluff everywhere again. No good with two young children on and off the sofa, the purpose of which the throw was purchased!

      Thankfully I have the receipt and it will be returned tomorrow as this is not something you could easily live with... ...unless you like dusting of course!!!

      Shame as looks lovely but think carefully before spending you cash!

      Don't put it in your machine!!!

        I bought this to cover a new easy chair in my living room, loved it at first, so soft and a great size, plus the colours complemented my lounge perfectly.I noticed it was quite thin when it had been snagged by something within the first week. Then my little boy spilt a glass of juice over it - which went straight through the throw and all over the seat cushion (not much point having a throw on there if it doesn't actually protect the surface beneath).Then my dear husband kindly threw it into the washing machine, assuming that a throw would be washable. Sadly, he hadn't read the label, which had said dry clean only. (Not much use to us with 2 young kids, I wouldn't have bought it if I had read the label in the store.) Anyway, the result was a house and garden and husband entirely covered in blue fibres, I've never seen anything like it, it's been a week since and I am still cleaning the fibres off the surfaces as they settle each day. Shame, as it is a beautiful throw, but given a choice I wouldn't buy this again. [$] is a lot to spend in my opinion for something that can't be cleaned easily.
