Cord broke the first day I put the blind up. Took it back to be told that they advise we buy the metal cord and that they had had some complaints about the cord breaking. Given a replacement plastic cord. I was told to be careful when using the blind. 2 weeks later the cord broke again. Took back to Dunelm and asked for a refund. Would not reccomend this product! I wish I had read reviews before buying it.

Unfortunately, I purchased three of this style of blind. The fragile plastic fitments are not strong enough to hold the blind in place. In all three cases the fitments broke and the blinds fell off the wall!

Never again would i buy a blind

I thought that I would pay abit more for a blind for my kitchen and was very happy with the style. When I put it up it lasted 1 day as the cord jammed and I couldn't open it. I went back to the shop and they gave me another cord so I fitted that one and the same thing happened again so off to the shop again and the next one snapped after a few days. I was not happy I went back again and the sales assitant told me that they know there was a fault with them and that is why they always have extra supplies sent with their blinds not very good for the company to carry on using substanded materials you would think that they would change their suppliers to keep their customers happy with a good standard product in the end i took the blind back all together and got my money back. Would I buy a blind from there again the answer is NO. Would I recommend this to a friend No if I still wanted to have their friendship.

Great colour but really bad quality. Blind kept jamming and the plastic pully strings snapped within a week of installing it. Then one night the whole thing fell off the wall! It's now been binned.

Great colour, nice, blind.
Nightmare to fit - purchased the 183cm, to replace a blind that was 180cm, so we thought we might have to cut it.
We ended up having to cut 2 cm more of - so 5cm in total, and still had to move the brackets further apart - in essence this blind is bigger that 183cm.

I was extremely pleased when we first put the blind up as it was exactly what we were after however after only a couple of weeks, the edges have frayed and the cord has broken twice meaning we can't pull the blind up or put it down without rolling it ourselves. Not exactly quality!!
