Our luxurious pillow has a unique construction that offers medium support for your head, neck and shoulders, making it the ideal choice if you tend to sleep on your back. Designed using a hollowfibre filling, this pillow combines luxurious comfort and support for a better night’s sleep.

The pillows are not too soft or too firm. I bought these extra pillows in advance of an overnight visit from a very fussy friend. All I got the next morning was " I really had a good nights sleep, what's for breakfast"?

having already purchased these several months ago, i needed more new pillows for my daughter so didnt hesitate in buying another 2 of these. good price, good support & outer has a nice soft feel cover. for 'standard' pillows ie not memory foam, these are great for everyday use
Service and delivery comments:
unfortunately, felt a little let down with the delivery service. i had bought several items in store & needed a few other items that werent in store at the time so decided to order online thinking it would be a lot faster but the store got the items in 3 days later whereas i had to wait a whole week for them to arrive (i couldnt cancel order either as it was already in transit) - faster delivery would have been nice but maybe i should have chosen next day delivery? ah well, will stick with ordering item to store in future - its free and quicker!!

I have purchase so many pillows I've lost count, all prices, different fillings etc I've tried the lot after and after reading the reviews I was in two minds, but not anymore.The pillow is excellant.It does take a couple of nights to get use to it but worth the wait, I would now say it is one of best pillows I've every had.

The pillow was very comfortable initially but it soon turned 'lumpy' and uncomfortable. I expect pillows to last more than 6 months!

We bought enough to replace our entire hotel stock of pillows! They are very large and only just fit into standard pillow cases, but are very comfotable. Will let you know in a couple of months if they hold their shape! Very pleased though and recommend them
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery was very poor because one item I had ordered had availability issues, so the remaining few hundred pounds of order were delayed - bit poor in view of the size of the order really. I wasn't given the option to split the order.
