Care Instructions

Wash before first use. Always use a suitable size heat source for pan size. Do not allow the flame or heat source to extend beyond the base of the pan. Do not pre-heat empty pans. Use only low to moderate heat, extremely high temperatures will damage the surface. Use only plastic, silicone, or wooden utensils, metal will damage the surface. If pan severely overheats do not touch it but turn off the cooker and leave to cool completely before removing. Allow the pan to cool completely after each use. Plunging a hot pan into cold water can cause irreparable warping. Do not use abrasive cleaners as this could damage the surface. Pans are dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to preserve the appearance of your cookware. Burnt on food should be removed by soaking in warm soapy water. Always lift the pan and do not drag across surfaces to avoid any damage to the surface or hob top. Oven safe up to 200ºC, however it is recommended for use in the oven for warming only. Always use oven gloves as handles and knobs may become hot during use.
