If you live near one of our stores and can easily carry your item, this is the fastest way to return or exchange a product. Locate your nearest store here.
For products that weigh less than 10kg and are smaller than 50x30x30cm, you can return your item at thousands of collection points around the country. Just call customer services on 0844 346 0022 to get a returns authorisation number and find your local Collect+ point here.
Large or heavy items are best handled by our couriers, so if you want to return an item that isn’t practical for a store return and doesn’t fit the size and weight restrictions for Collect+, give our customer service team a call on 0844 346 0022 and we’ll arrange for collection.

If you decide this product isn’t for you, we will willingly offer a refund or exchange as long as it’s returned in an unused state within 28 days of
the date that appears on either your dispatch note and/or receipt. In addition, we ask that the product is in a reasonable, re-saleable condition and ideally in its original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products: mattresses, mattress toppers or protectors, duvets, pillows,
or blankets unless unopened and sealed in their original packaging. Once they have had their header tape removed, our curtains are also exempt from refunds or exchanges.
None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

If you choose our £3.95 Standard delivery service, you can return this item to any of our stores with its dispatch note and the card used to make the purchase.
