Buying - Our Buying department applies its knowledge, judgement and experience to select and purchase products that will prove popular with our valued customers.

Merchandising - This team focuses on the art of selling – from stock allocation and product placement to reporting and analysing sales to determine future buying strategies.

Quality Assurance - Great value for money isn’t just about low prices. It’s about providing customers with products that meet our high standards. This team stringently tests goods to ensure they are of real quality.

HR - Dunelm would be nothing without its people. Our HR teams work to ensure every one of our employees are given the support, guidance and training they need to be happy and safe at work.

Finance - Whether reporting, budgeting, or invoicing and paying suppliers, our Finance department applies its professionalism to keep us profitable and to ensure we continue to grow.

Audit and Security - Keeping our customers, employees and stock safe and secure is an absolute priority. This team makes sure this happens through auditing and loss prevention schemes.

IT - By keeping our IT systems running smoothly we keep our business running smoothly too. Our IT department makes sure all our technology is working as effectively as possible.
