Frequently Asked Questions

Q. How do I get a VAT receipt?

A. An invoice will be sent with the goods along with a till receipt which you will need to keep safe in case you need to return anything.

Q. Can I check stock at a store for home delivery?

A. Sorry, this service is not currently available.

Q. Are my details secure?

A. Yes, please see Privacy and Security policy

Q. What should I do if my credit card is refused whilst ordering?

A. You will need to contact your credit card provider or use an alternative method of payment.

Q. If part of my order is out of stock, do I need to pay extra for another delivery?

A. You will have an option of either waiting until the whole order is complete or accepting the immediately available goods. You will not be charged for the subsequent deliveries.

Q. How will I know if my order has been received?

A. You will receive an acknowledgement email shortly after placing your order.

Q.How long will delivery take?

A. Between 5-7 working days (Mon-Fri). Larger items such as beds, mattresses and headboards take up to 14 working days.

Q. When will the money be taken out of my account?

A. Money will be debited from your account after the goods have been dispatched.

Q. Do I pay for returns?

A. This depends on the circumstances. Please refer to refunds and returns policy.

Q. By which method can I make a payment?

A. We accept all major credit / debit cards with the exception of American Express.
